All billing terms are clearly described in the quote you'll receive. Payment providers (e.g. banks) have their own per-transaction fees.

Yes. The Free plan is completely free and includes a one-page website at an address like name.ysite.eu, with SSL and hosting. It doesn't support your own domain. When you need more pages or your own domain, you can upgrade without losing anything.

Yes, a proper invoice is issued for every charge.

You can cancel according to your plan's terms. Your domain stays yours and you can request a copy of your content.
